Can I freeze my membership?
Yes! Unlimited members can freeze their membership for up to 2 months per year with 7 days advance notice. A small administrative fee of $15/month applies during the freeze period.
What if I need to cancel?
Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. We don't believe in long-term contracts - you're free to leave whenever you need to, though we hope you'll stay!
Do class packs expire?
Yes, class packs are valid for 3 months from purchase date. If you're unable to use all your classes, please contact us - we'll do our best to work with you.
Are there student or senior discounts?
Yes! We offer 15% off all memberships and class packs for students (with valid ID) and seniors (65+). Contact us to apply the discount to your membership.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are non-transferable, but Unlimited members receive 2 free guest passes per month to bring friends and family to experience our studio.
What's included with my membership?
All memberships include use of our studio amenities: mats, props, showers, changing rooms, and our signature herbal tea bar. Unlimited members also get free mat storage.
